Delivery Restrictions
When making purchases via our shopping cart facility, we cannot deliver all items to all geographical locations. A transport charge is applied to orders under £50 nett which is applicable to the UK Mainland orders placed via the website ONLY.
Orders placed via our website outside our delivery terms (UK Mainland) will be refunded less an 8% administration charge.
All UK Mainland orders over £350 nett will be dispatch delivery paid on our standard 2 - 3 day service.
Standard rates of delivery for orders placed via the website :-
- Orders £0 - £50 nett will be subject to a £6.50 transport charge
- Orders over £50 nett will be FREE delivery
VAT is charged at UK standard rate of 17.5%
Orders placed by Phone, Fax or via Trade Accounts will be subject to the standard carriage charges :-
- Orders £0 - £30 nett will be subject to a £6.50 transport charge
- Orders over £30 - £350 nett will be subject to a £10.75 transport charge
- Orders over £350 nett will be FREE delivery
If you are located within the RED area of the map, you will pay the standard carriage fee.

(Scottish Lowlands is defined as Glasgow, Edinburgh, Stranraer,

The glue guns listed on the website are all UK models denoted by /1 example Tec 3200/1 indicates that this glue gun is 230v UK plug fitted.
For Europe we would supply /2 model example Tec3200/2 230v Euro plug fitted. Many countries have different voltages requiring a different model of glue gun, example Australia would have /11 example Tec 3200/11 230v Australian plug fitted.
