Tecbond 248 First Acrylic based hot melt adhesive from the Tecbond stable
Tecbond 248 an acrylic based clear hot melt glue stick that gives exceptional good adhesion to many difficult to bond materials. Bonds to Metals, Concrete, Ceramics, Wood, Leather, Fabrics, Rubber and Melamine. Good bonds can also be achieved on many plastics such as PVC, Polycarbonate, ABS, Polyester, Polystyrene and Acrylics.
Tecbond 248 has been carefully formulated to give an excellent delivery rate through all the Tec range of glue guns. This is important as a good tool output enables sufficient adhesive to be applied and bonds made very quickly maximising bond strength.
Tecbond 248 is available in 12mm, 15mm and 43mm dia sticks and slugs.
Tecbond 248 15mm glue sticks delivers an amazing 30% more glue than a standard 12mm glue stick. Powered via the Tec 820-15 applicator with it’s easy to use full hand trigger offering a melt rate over 2.5 kilos per hour on demand. The Tec820-15 applicator does not need to be reloaded as often as you would with a standard 12mm glue stick. It holds nearly 60% more glue so you need to reload less often!
