Have a Broken Glue Gun?
Don’t throw it – exchange it for a new Tec Glue Gun at a discounted price! If you are using our Tecbond glue sticks / slugs and have a broken or whatever condition Tec glue gun, or even if it’s a competitor’s glue gun, you can exchange it for a new Tec glue gun with a 12 month warranty at a discounted price. This is an unique service is for customers using our Tecbond glue sticks / slugs. If you are using a competitor’s product but are interested in service exchanging your tool, please give us a ring so that we can discuss options to get you GLUING with Tecbond adhesives.
Some Tec glue guns that have failed outside of their warranty period are probably best exchanged for a new like for like model with a 12 month warranty at a discounted price rather than being repaired. New for Old prices, send us your old, broken or whatever condition glue gun and exchange it on a like-for-like basis for a new Tec glue gun with a 12 month warranty.

What Happens Next?
New for Old
- Please return your glue gun(s) for exchange to: Kenyon Group Ltd, 18-20 Miles Street, Oldham, Lancashire, OL1 3NU.
- Please enclose your contact details and which glue gun(s) you are exchanging for.
- On receipt of your glue gun we will contact you, take payment and dispatch your new glue gun(s) for delivery the next working day via DPD / Parcel Force Couriers.
Repair Service
Tec hot melt glue guns that are for REPAIR must be returned to:

1. This document must be filled in and sent with the faulty / damaged product.
2. This form must be enclosed with the REPAIR product.
3. Please mark on the box / consignment “Urgent-Warranty / Repair Department”
4. Please do NOT return the applicator to ourselves.
