Tecbond have launched a new gluing system the Tec 7300 & Tecbond 420/43 adhesive that enables bedding companies to immediately bond mattress components with minimal capital outlay and without spraying water or solvent based products into the product or the environment.
The system consists of a industrial glue gun, the Tec 7300 with it’s powerful dual 500 watt heaters delivering over 5kgs of molten adhesive per hour and the Tecbond 420/43 semi pressure sensitive hot melt adhesive.
The system is unique in that it enables the adhesive to be sprayed onto the substrates without investing in expensive hot melt bulk melter systems. The Tecbond 420/43 adhesive is supplied in 43mm diameter cartridges which are demand melted inside the glue gun. If a bead application or dots of adhesive are required, a quick adjustment to the gun is all that is needed.
Tecbond 420/43 has been designed to bond all common mattress materials and is used by major bedding companies.
